Every one of these is already built and running in a real project. None of it is brochure talk.

Websites that load instantly and get found on Google

Fast, secure sites built so the customer actually calls you. No recycled templates and none of WordPress's weight: static pages served from Cloudflare's global network, with the structured data (schema) needed to show up in local or sector searches.

Systems that read your documents and do the paperwork

Invoices, orders, delivery notes, forms. The system reads them, extracts what matters, cross-checks it against the relevant official tables, and leaves the job assembled so a person only has to review and approve. Deployed on your own server, not someone else's cloud.

Workflows between the tools you already use

Connecting WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, your invoicing software (Holded, Odoo, whatever you use) and your store so information travels on its own. Built with n8n, an automation platform that can be self-hosted: your data never leaves the building.

Content that produces and publishes itself

Articles, short videos and posts that get written, assembled and published on time, every day, with a one-minute review from you. Scheduled publishing against the YouTube, Meta and site APIs, with automatic submission to Google Search Console so it gets indexed the same day.

Digital products, from idea to sale

Guides, templates and downloadable tools: content, design, cover, sales page and pricing. Published on a direct-sales platform such as Gumroad, with no storefront or payment gateway to build. An asset manufactured once and sold without limit.

Monitoring and alerts: find out before your customer does

Everything I deliver is monitored. If a site goes down, a workflow breaks or something stops publishing, an alert hits Telegram or your phone. Real traffic is measured too (Google Analytics) so you know whether what we built is working.

Each entry tells the same story: how it was done before, how it is done now, and what changed. Clients are described by what they do, not by name.

Export files, assembled in seconds

Before

Every export was prepared by hand: read the customer invoice, decide which tariff code the goods travel under, check which permits and certificates the destination country demands, and type it all into the management software. Hours per file, with an expensive mistake waiting to happen.

Now

You upload the documents and the system returns the file assembled: it classifies the goods, checks the EU's official tables for which controls that tariff line requires for that destination, validates the paperwork, and generates both the customs declaration PDF and the import file for the management software. The team goes from typing to reviewing.

Built on one non-negotiable rule: the system never approves anything by itself. The final word always belongs to the responsible person, because the legal responsibility before Customs does too.

Engine powering three sites In-house project 2026

Three sites that write and publish themselves

Before

A normal content site needs someone writing, reviewing, laying out and publishing every day. The moment that person gets tired, the site dies.

Now

One engine powers three sites in different niches. Every day they choose what to write about, write it, pass an automated quality gate that blocks publishing if anything fails, deploy to Cloudflare Pages and submit themselves to Google Search Console. Nobody turns on a computer.

The sellable part is not the sites: it is the engine. Launching a fourth one, with a different topic and a different visual identity, is a matter of filling in one configuration file.

Invoicing workflow Van transport and rental company 2026

The monthly invoice sends itself over WhatsApp

Before

Every month, someone had to remember: log into the invoicing software, issue the client's invoice, download it and send it by hand over WhatsApp. A two-minute chore that gets forgotten, gets delayed, and ends up costing weeks of late payments.

Now

An n8n workflow does it alone: it creates the invoice in Holded following the correct series, picks it up as a PDF and sends it to the client over WhatsApp. Every month, on schedule, with nobody having to remember.

It is the cheapest example of what I do and the easiest to grasp: two minutes a month multiplied by every client, recovered for good by a piece that never gets tired or goes on holiday.

A video channel that needs one yes a day

Before

Posting short video daily is a full-time job: find the topic, write the script, record, edit, caption, and upload to each platform separately.

Now

The system detects what people are talking about, writes a script adapted to each platform, generates the visuals, assembles the captioned vertical video and publishes it to YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels at once. The only human step is approving the day's script.

It also measures what worked and what did not, and that measurement feeds back into the next day's decision. The channel learns from its own results.

A site where the work is seen, not read

Before

A professional with spectacular footage and nowhere to show it. Local competitors embed YouTube players on their sites, with logos and ads over their own work, and it shows instantly.

Now

Full-screen native video, served directly, with no third-party players and no ads. Big gallery, short copy, WhatsApp always within reach, and a local business profile (ProfessionalService schema) so it appears in city searches.

Not a single invented testimonial, client or figure. Social-proof blocks only switch on when there are real reviews to show.

Digital menu Bar and restaurant 2026

A menu where every dish plays on video

Before

A paper menu describes a dish in three words and a stock photo, if that. The customer doesn't know what's coming, asks the waiter, and orders the usual.

Now

A digital menu that opens on the phone and plays a video of every dish and every drink. The customer sees exactly what they are ordering before they order it, and the venue showcases its best work without depending on the waiter to describe it.

Changing a price or pulling a dish is editing one line, not reprinting menus. The menu stops being a printing cost and becomes a sales tool.

The safety net underneath everything

Before

The usual approach is to deliver a site or a system and disappear. If it breaks tomorrow, the client is the last to know.

Now

Everything I deliver comes with: an automated quality gate before publishing, security headers (CSP, HSTS) that harden the site, traffic measurement through Google Analytics and Search Console, and a bot that pings Telegram if anything goes down.

It is written down as a procedure, not kept in someone's head. That is why the next project starts with all of it already in place, and costs less than the first one.

How I work

You don't need to know anything about technology. You need to know where it hurts.

First I look at how you do it today, with your documents and your vocabulary. The technology is decided last, never first.

Something you can touch, soon

Before building the whole system you'll see a reduced version working on your real cases. If it doesn't convince you, it changes there, not at the end.

It goes live with automated checks, backups, alerts and a manual written in plain language. Nothing depends on me being available.

Three things I don't negotiate

I never invent data

No testimonials, no client logos, no result figures. If a figure is not real and verifiable, it does not appear. Not on your site, not on mine.

The machine proposes, you decide

In anything with legal or financial consequences, the system prepares and warns, but approval always belongs to a person.

Nothing that looks like a template

I work against my own checklist of the visual tics that give away a cookie-cutter or AI-generated site. Your business cannot look like a thousand others.
